Program Content: This program prepares students for employment as a supervisor in business. The curriculum provides students with essential knowledge of the contemporary business world, people in organizations and how to manage them, the principles of marketing and building relationships with a competitive advantage, how to manage information to make better business decisions and the importance of the financial system and issues in financial management. In addition to training in Microsoft Office, the self-paced program also includes the development of goals and plans to prioritize and organize work through project management, the legal context of business, development of business plans, delves into unions and labor management, human resource management and leadership.
