Industrial Technology

Program Content: The purpose of the Industrial Technology program is to prepare students for employment as industrial engineering technicians. The Industrial Technology program incorporates diverse training in a wide variety of skill areas within the product manufacturing and services industries. Training will include CAD, Lean Manufacturing, Automated Manufacturing Technology (which is designed to prepare students for careers in computer-aided manufacturing and numerical control), rapid prototyping and robotics.

Length of Program: 1600 hours – approximately 1 ½ years full-time to complete

Industry Certification: AutoCAD and Solidworks
Articulation: May be available towards credits at Florida public colleges/universities. Speak with a Career Counselor for more information.
