MTC Events: MTC Culinary Students Shine at Food & Wine Fest!

Manatee Technical College’s Fundamental Food Service Skills and Baking and Pastry Arts programs were a huge success at the Suncoast Food & Wine Fest on November 1st! Led by Chef Ed, Chef Tony, and Chef Kate, our students prepared exclusive desserts and hors d’oeuvres that made MTC the “talk of the event,” with the grandest setup and most offerings. Their professionalism and teamwork raised essential funds for local charities, making us incredibly proud!
