GED® Testing

GED® Testing Details


The GED® Test is the only High School Equivalency Test offered in Florida. The test consists of four modules that must be passed separately. The fee for each module is $32 ($128 total).  

  1. Reasoning Through Language Arts (155 min)
  2. Mathematics (120 min)
  3. Social Studies (75 min)
  4. Science (95 min)

  • Test Candidates may not be enrolled in any K12 school
  • Test Candidates must be at least 16 years of age. 16- and 17-year-old candidates must request an Underage Waiver before they can schedule their tests. Contact or 941.751.7900 ext. 46045 for more information.

  • Test Candidates must have a valid, non-expired government-issued picture ID with address and signature. The name and address on the ID must match the account information

Students should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the test start time.
