Student Services

MTC Student Services Include:

  • Assistance with filling out applications
  • Assistance with student or applicant portal access
  • Resetting passwords
  • Assistance with access to “To-do” list that contains the admissions documents for their particular program
  • Assistance with access to student Email
  • Acceptance of admission documents for all programs
  • Assistance with making payments at Student Services computers
  • Direct students to the additional department or person for assistance when needed
  • Updating information (address, phone number, names)
  • We do our best within 24 hours to turn around admission documents, processing transcripts, answering emails and phone messages
  • Student records/transcripts
