Auto collision program awarded I-CAR grant

(Bradenton, FL—January 11, 2019) The Collision Repair Education Foundation awarded $1,000 to the Automotive Collision Technology program at Manatee Technical College this week.  Instructor Shane Baxley said the grant will be used to purchase air blowers, regulators, airlines, a paint shaker, and other tools for the program.  Holding the check are students Efrain Becerra, Trevor Berryman, and Martin Leon.  Students graduate from the MTC program with I-CAR Certification, an industry standard.
