Textbook note – Students are responsible for the purchase of the Pro Fee Coder Bundle- with AMA CPT® Code Book.  Students will obtain this bundle directly from the AAPC website.   The cost of this bundle is approximately $250.00 after AAPC membership (membership provided to the student by MTC Medical Coder Biller Program lab fee funds)
