(Bradenton, FL—November 12, 2015) The Farmworker Career Development Program of Manatee Technical College and the Adelante Team of Tropicana Products, Inc., will be giving school supplies to migrant children at the East Coast Migrant Head Start School at Falkner Farms this Saturday, November 14, from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
The school supplies are being donated by the Adelante Team. The event is open to all of the farmworker families of the six migrant camps at Falkner Farms.
The MTC Farmworker Career Development Program, School District of Manatee County, is celebrating 50 years of serving Manatee and Sarasota counties. Sponsorship opportunities are available.
