The course is Trust Funded and approved for Mandatory Retraining or Salary Incentive.

Course Goal:

To provide potential managers with knowledge of the characteristics and the
factors influencing the maintenance of a sound behavioral climate.

Registration:

Limited to 20 officers. To register, officers should contact their training sections. The agency training section will register the officer with the Academy. The Academy does not accept registrations from individuals. Form 15A’s are required. Registration deadline March 2, 2026.

Proper dress required: Semi-Professional Dress or Department Uniform. No graffiti shirts or
open toe shoes.
