Student Services

MTC Student Services Include:

  • Assistance with filling out applications
  • Assistance with student or applicant portal access
  • Resetting passwords
  • Assistance with access to the student’s email
  • Acceptance of admission documents for all programs
  • Direct students to the additional department or person for assistance when needed
  • Updating information (address, phone number, names)


  • We do our best within 24 hours to turn around admission documents, process transcripts, answer emails, and phone messages
  • Student records/transcripts
  • Assistance with course enrollment (Watch Enrollment Guide)
  • Assistance with saving and uploading “to-do” list documents from the student portal (Watch Video)
