Chris-Craft is looking for a talented Production Technician to join our team! We build the most beautiful boats with high quality and attention to detail.

Position Summary:
We are looking for candidates that are willing to learn and grow, be a great teammate with accountability for their work, but also someone that will bring new ideas. You would be responsible for installation and testing of various components on our boats.

Some of the basic responsibilities are below.
• Understanding and following of all safety procedures and policies.
• Operate power tools, such as screw guns, drills, caulk guns, and grinders.
• Able to read/understand diagrams, work instructions, and travelers/options related to the build in the area.
• Able to perform Assembly Rigging.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required.
• Technical School Accreditation or Applicable skilled trade program preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Mechanically inclined and basic math needed.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow assembly diagrams.
• Ability to climb ladders and move around inside and outside of boats.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Work well with a team and individually.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good attendance a must.
• Time management skills.
