Job Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading hourly associates in the assigned department of the distribution center to achieve company metrics and goal.
Responsible for selection, development and performance management of warehouse team. Planning, analysis and strategic goal setting to achieve daily, weekly and annual objectives.
Strong communication skills to ensure collaboration within warehouse shifts. Ability to continuously improve process by observation, analysis, project planning and strategic execution.
Qualifications
Excellent talent development skills and proven ability to develop a legacy of high performing teams.
Effective communicator who can tailor message to all levels.
3 or more years of Warehouse Management.
Bi-lingual preferred
