The asphalt plant mechanic requires knowledge of maintenance and repair of asphalt plant equipment. This position is a trainee position with room for professional growth in asphalt plant mechanics, welding, and plant repair/fabrication. No previous asphalt plant experience is required, but we do require a strong work ethic with willingness to work and physically labor at our 8 different asphalt plant locations in southwest Florida. We require the applicant to be committed to the total Ajax team effort.
