Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is a multi-divisional global organization that specializes in the third-party expert authentication, grading, and conservation of collectible items including coins, currency, comics, trading cards, sports cards and so much more. CCG is seeking a highly motivated, team-focused, enthusiastic individual to join our multi-divisional global organization. The Receiving/Submission Processing Specialist is responsible for providing daily support and collectible processing in our Cards, Comims, or Coins submission receiving department.

In this role, you will:
Receive customer submissions
Verify shipment contents to submission forms
Enter submission information into the CCG company database
Correspond with customers on a regular basis by phone and email to confirm or verify submission content
Prepare submissions for the next step of production
Travel periodically for domestic tradeshows as a company representative

What will make you successful:
Previous Receiving and data entry experience
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously working on multiple projects
A customer-centric approach to providing exceptional service
Prior experience with ticketing applications (Zendesk, Trello, or similar)
Familiarity with Excel
The ability to work overtime hours when needed, based on business needs and demands
High School Diploma or Equivalent
