Maintain office efficiency by organizing and overseeing administrative systems, including filing systems, document management, and office supplies. Assist with legal administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing case files.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys and staff.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in office administration or legal studies is a plus.
Proven experience in office administration or legal support roles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
