Job Summary:
Mosaic Medicine, PLLC is hiring for both part-time and full-time clinical staff. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant , CNA or LPN to join our team. We are an Executive Medicine Primary Care and Integrative Wellness Clinic that offers our patients a personalized and comprehensive approach to healthcare. We offer Concierge-level primary care, Integrative Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, and IV Vitamin and Nutrient Infusions. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in a primary care and wellness office setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Duties:
- Assist healthcare providers in clinic
- Perform patient intake, including vital signs and medical history documentation
- Order lab orders per protocol

-Phlebotomy
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation

- Collect patient bloodwork samples in office
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Utilize anatomy knowledge to assist with patient assessments

-IV Infusion Experience (preferred)

Qualifications:

- Bilingual Preferred ( English and Spanish) Spanish requires proficient conversational skill
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program, CNA program, LPN program or equivalent certification
- Experience working in a fast-paced medical environment
- Proficiency in medical terminology and Electronic Medical Records
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on compassion and empathy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures
- More than 1 Year Experience in a clinic, hospital, or outpatient setting
