We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine carpentry and will be responsible for the installation of interior trim, cabinetry, molding, doors, windows, and other finishing elements to ensure a polished and high-quality final appearance of residential or commercial projects.

Proficient with carpentry tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
Strong knowledge of wood properties and other finish materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform hands-on work.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
