We are growing and with that growth comes exciting opportunity! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented The Shipping Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Sarasota, Florida. The Shipping Supervisor will oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensure inventory control and supervise a team. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, monitoring warehouse activities, handling forklift operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Shipping Supervisor will interact with customers and address any shipping issues promptly.

Requirements
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, or similar environment with at least 1-2 years’ experience
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory control practices.
• Experience operating forklift.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications are helpful.
