Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead top-of-funnel sales activities for our specialized product line—chemical and corrosion-resistant HVAC extraction systems. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a technical B2B environment and is passionate about identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, reactivating former accounts, and executing strategic outbound campaigns to consulting engineers, OEMs, and HVAC representatives. Your primary objective qualified meetings, secure Lunch & Learns, and drive early-stage opportunities for our senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Clean, organize, segment, and manage leads in HubSpot CRM
• Build and launch targeted email sequences tailored by market segments (Consulting Engineers, OEMs, Distributors, etc.)
• Execute 40–60 daily touchpoints via calls, emails, and social outreach
• Qualify leads and book meetings, Lunch & Learns, and webinars
• Reactivate former customers by introducing new product offerings
• Launch outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn, cold calling, Phantom Buster, and Apollo
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance
• Maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups across all outreach activities
• Report key successes and challenges to the broader sales team to ensure alignment and team success
• Demonstrate urgency, creativity, and accountability in all lead generation efforts
• Advise clients on product advantages, availability, value-added benefits, and niche applications
• Present product features and technical information to prospective clients
• Support technical sales activities including:
• Equipment performance
• Budget pricing
• Product availability
• Submittal generation and documentation
• Preparation of brochures, data sheets, and project/client lists
• Product presentations

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales, or lead generation
• Excellent communication skills, confident on the phone and sharp in writing
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Apollo, Phantom Buster, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
• Bonus: Familiarity with the HVAC, engineering, or industrial equipment industries
