· Set-up and operate welding equipment to produce quality weldments and fabrications for industrial shredding equipment
· Operate fabrication shop power equipment and machine tools, including drills, saws, etc.
· Undertake fabrication of ram hoppers, bin tippers, shredders and compactors, etc.
· Interpret engineering blueprints and weld symbols.
· Work to acceptable production standards and schedules.
· Adhere to Quality Procedures and work instructions.
