We are looking for someone who wants to work hard and learn from a local home builder and carpenter.
We own Owens Construction & Inspection Services in addition to Tiny Home FL and Owens Property Inspections.

This job is for only one person and you will be the owner's right hand man.

Your main job duties will include:
being a second eye for the builder
working with the different trades
confirming schedules
attending meetings with clients/trades/draftsman
Picking up material, ordering material
measuring windows, doors, etc.
lifting heavy material
dumping trash
Sitting at and checking on all of the different jobs
mowing lawns

Must have a truck. Pay is negotiable and extra money will go toward gas/truck use.
