1. HEALTH INSURANCE PACKAGE
Insurance and health benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental Life, and Dependent Life insurance plans. You will be eligible to participate in Oriux’s health plans on the first day of the month following 30 days of service.
2. SHORT-TERM/LONG-TERM DISABILITY INCOME INSURANCE
This benefit is to protect you against financial disaster should you become unable to earn a living because of illness or accident. This benefit requires no contribution from the employee. New employees are eligible to participate in Oriux’s disability insurance plans on the first day of the month following 30 days of service.
3. PTO (Paid Time Off)
PTO accrual is calculated on the basis of a benefit year. Each employee will accrue PTO based on their continuous years of service and their date of hire. PTO will not be carried-over from one calendar year to the next. However, new employees must comply with a waiting period of 30 calendar days to request use of earned PTO including that accrued during the waiting period. PTO accrual is capped at 256 hours. 4. HOLIDAYS
Employees benefit from Oriux’s holiday schedule. Currently, there are eight (8) holidays observed by the Oriux. (Please review the Holiday Schedule).
5. INCENTIVE SAVINGS PLAN
You will be eligible to enroll and participate in our Incentive Savings Plan (401k) after 90 days of continuous employment and effective on the next quarterly enrollment date. No Match is available, employee only saving

Skills:
Fundamental understanding of electronics
Review and understand schematics.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Good communication skills
Use engineering equipment that includes but not limited to Oscilloscopes and power supplies.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
Basic understanding of IP networks
Basic understanding of test methodologies
Write detailed technical instructions for others to follow
