Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN
Greets, rooms and triages patients
Record patients’ medical history accurately
Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.
Monitor patient’s condition and compose patient charts
Administer injections, prescribed medications, draw labs when ordered by physician, assist in occasional administration of IV fluids
Phlebotomy, collect samples for lab testing
Bills and documents for all tests performed
Medications and prior authorization
Assists with filling out patient forms (school/ work)
Prioritize messages with multi-tasking
Chart prep
Administers vaccines ordered
Triages important and urgent phone calls
Cleans and stocks patient rooms
Perform spirometry, EKG and other testing as required
Always demonstrate service excellence
Other duties as assigned
