Key Responsibilities
Automation Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on high-speed automated assembly lines, robotics, and vision systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues using blueprints, schematics, and multimeters.
Support: Assist senior technicians with maintenance on injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment (chillers, dryers, loaders).
Installations: Assist in the setup and commissioning of new automation cells and production equipment.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain accurate logs and strictly adhere to ISO, OSHA, and company safety standards.
Education: Graduate of a Technical School or Community College (Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Instrumentation, Advanced Manufacturing, or similar).
