Collaborate with design and engineering teams to suggest drawing or design changes that improve manufacturability and reduce cycle time.
Design, machine, and validate fixture tooling.
Support machine setup and operation as needed.
Meet production, quality, and delivery targets in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
Proactively communicate production blockers and constraints to manufacturing leadership.
Continuously identify and propose process improvements related to tooling, programming, and workflow efficiency.

Experience working with 3D scans of part to be machined
Comfort working in a highly iterative environment where designs evolve rapidly.
Experience in machining one-off prototypes.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
Ability to stand, bend, climb, grasp, sit, push, pull, and carry as required for shop-floor work.
