Between $18 - $20 hourly
Ten (10) workdays of Paid Time Off.
Company provides you with a tablet and all necessary software access to perform job duties.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
A genuine desire to learn and work with HVAC systems.
Reliable transportation to and from shop.
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Reliability and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Receiving paid on-the-job training to develop your HVAC skills.
Participating in off-site training sessions.
Assisting seasoned technicians with HVAC installations and repairs.
Connecting with customers and ensuring their comfort needs are met.
Learning about HVAC systems and best practices in a supportive environment.
