Attention to Detail: Meticulous cleaning of interiors, exteriors, cushions, and stainless steel to ensure a "pristine" presentation.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with marine-safe cleaning products, buffers, pressure washers, and detailing techniques.
Boating Knowledge: Basic understanding of boat layouts and terminology.
Safety Mindset: Awareness of safety procedures while working on docks or in boat yard.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and high-season hours.

Common Job Responsibilities:
Washing and waxing boat hulls and topsides.
Cleaning vinyl cushions, windows, and cockpit areas.
Polishing metal surfaces.
Transporting boats around the yard (sometimes requiring a trailer).
Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
