We’re looking for a Fiberglass Finisher who takes pride in precision, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working hands‑on to create flawless finishes on world‑class luxury boats.

What You’ll Do
As a Fiberglass Finisher, you’ll play a vital role in the final look and feel of our iconic vessels by:

Sanding and buffing surfaces efficiently—no burn‑through, just perfection
Identifying gel coat defects such as cracks, thin gel, or surface distortion
Mixing gel coat and resins for repairs and spot‑spraying with precision
Fairing in parts and repairing scratches, voids, fish eyes, halos, and more
Learning new processes and cross‑training within the Lamination team
Following detailed work instructions and using professional finishing tools
Whether you’re early in your finishing career or a seasoned expert, there’s room to grow here.

What You Bring
Experience with fiberglass, gel coat, paint repair, or auto body repair (preferred)
Familiarity with sanders, buffers, and spray equipment
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable attendance and a commitment to safety
Excellent vision and the physical ability to perform hands‑on finishing work
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Technical training or certification is a plus—but passion for craftsmanship matters most.

Why Chris‑Craft
Be part of an iconic American luxury boat brand
Learn and grow your skills in a supportive manufacturing environment
Take pride in building products seen and admired around the world
Work with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and quality
If you’re passionate about precision, enjoy working with your hands, and want your work to speak for itself on the water—we’d love to meet you.
