Restaurant General Manager
Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to oversee daily operations and lead teams of 10-45 employees. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience and demonstrate a commitment to ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
Directing, training, and developing Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members
Managing food safety, guest service, inventory, and restaurant equipment
Driving, monitoring, and achieving restaurant budgets, sales, and profitability goals
