We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in precision welding, a strong understanding of metal fabrication, and the ability to produce high-quality welds on a consistent basis. This role requires a commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
• Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on architectural aluminum products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, and fitting components prior to welding, as needed.
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and structural integrity.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• High level of precision and attention to detail.
• Experience working with thin materials and tight tolerances preferred.
• AWS certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment.
