Setting up therapies on patients
Answering phones
Disinfection of rooms between patients
Assisting with VAX-D treatments
Education of patients regarding their health problems
Follow up on missed appointments
Data Entry in EHR systems
Preforming DOT Physical Exams
Preforming Drug Testing - Urine & Alcohol
Marketing - Cold Calls to promote DOT services and Chiropractic services
Sending out mass emails to prospective DOT companies
Sending out mass mailing to prospective patients
Front Office:
Greeting Patients
Answering phone and scheduling patients
Entering Demographics
Verifying Insurance
Posting Charges
Collecting and posting patient payments
Scheduling outside testing/imaging
Tracking New Patients
Following up on established missing patient list
End of day closing procedures
Marketing-Patient Recalls and contacting medical specialist's offices
EHR Data Entry
Medical Records
ICD-10 Coding
Mircosoft Office and Excel experience
Assisting Office Manager as needed
