$50,000 annual salary

• Flex Spending Account. The practice will provide an annual employer contribution of $2,500 to an FSA on the employee’s behalf.
• Paid Time Off (PTO). The practice offers a flexible PTO policy for this position. Time off may be taken as needed, provided that patient care, operational needs, and performance expectations are consistently met. In‑office attendance is required on all days when doctors are scheduled to be present, unless otherwise approved by management.

We will provide all training necessary for your success. Looking for someone with a winning attitude who wants to be a part of growing a successful eye care practice. Experience or training in clinical medical environments preferred. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient education and customer service. Experience in optical or retail sales, interest in fashion, is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a medical environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
