Ability to operate push mowers, riding mowers, string trimmers, and blowers safely. Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat for extended periods. Basic knowledge of lawn care techniques preferred but not required – training provided. Must be reliable and punctual. Valid driver's license a plus. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
