Process Technician: Perform mold changeovers, start injection molding machines to validated processes and troubleshoot/correct any changes that may need to be made to produce a quality product for our customers.
* Capable of safely performing machine start up, shut down, and any necessary process changes to ensure that the machines are running at the proper efficiency and that the product is in conformance.
* Familiarity in working with multiple materials to include glass filled and co-polyesters.
* Capable of executing Scientific Molding Practices to include FOT, OQ, PQ, etc.
* Capable of safely performing daily mold and machine PMs per procedures.
* Safely monitor and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment (dryers, heaters, end of arm tooling).
