Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and technical exhibits using AutoCAD and related software.
Develop drawings from field notes, photographs, measurements, sketches, existing documents, and direction provided by senior technical staff.
Prepare roofing details for flashings, parapets, penetrations, drains, scuppers, curbs, transitions, and roof edges.
Prepare waterproofing details for balconies, walkways, terraces, plaza decks, exterior walls, joints, windows, doors, and related building-envelope interfaces.
Prepare structural restoration details for concrete spalls, cracks, reinforcing-steel corrosion, slab edges, balconies, walkways, columns, beams, walls, railings, and coatings.
Participate in field investigations, measurements, photographic documentation, and construction observations.
Assist with drawing revisions, submittal reviews, requests for information, field reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
Coordinate drawings with project specifications, reports, product requirements, and field conditions.
Review assigned work for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and consistency before submitting it for quality review.
Maintain organized project files and follow company drawing, document-control, and quality procedures.
Communicate progress, missing information, design conflicts, and scheduling concerns to the supervising engineer or project manager.
Travel to project sites as required.
