Cleaning experience is helpful, but it is not what determines whether you will succeed here.
We would rather train someone with an excellent attitude and strong work ethic than hire someone with years of experience who is unreliable.
What You'll Do
As a Cleaning Technician, you will be trained to provide detailed professional cleaning services using The Made Clean Co.'s checklists, procedures, equipment, and quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform detailed cleaning according to company checklists and client instructions
- Clean residential homes, vacation rentals, offices, and other client properties
- Assist with deep cleans, relocation cleans, and post-construction cleaning
- Work independently and alongside other technicians
- Complete assigned areas efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Identify areas requiring additional attention
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude around clients
- Communicate clearly with Team Leads and management
- Transport necessary cleaning equipment and supplies between jobs when required
- Perform physical cleaning tasks including scrubbing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and hand-detailing surfaces
- Lift and move items weighing up to approximately 30 lbs
Schedule Opportunities
Daytime:
Monday–Friday, generally between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Evening Commercial Cleaning:
Monday–Friday, generally between 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
Weekend Opportunities:
Saturday–Sunday, generally between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Full-time and part-time schedules are available based on business needs and availability. Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- A vehicle capable of transporting basic cleaning equipment when necessary
- A smartphone for scheduling and company communication
- Ability to complete the physical requirements of the position
- Ability to reliably arrive to scheduled shifts on time
- Ability to pass required background screening
- A professional and team-oriented attitude
Professional Cleaning Experience Is NOT Required.
We provide training.

Cleaning Technicians who consistently demonstrate reliability, quality, leadership, communication, and strong performance may become eligible for advancement to Team Lead within approximately 6–12 months, with additional opportunities for training and management positions as the company continues expanding.
