About the Position
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Metal Fabricator to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on skills while working on the fabrication and assembly of industrial equipment.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, willing to learn, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work safely as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Read and follow basic shop drawings, measurements, and work instructions
Measure, cut, fit, drill, grind, and assemble metal components
Assist with welding and fabrication of industrial equipment
Operate basic fabrication and shop equipment safely
Inspect finished work for accuracy, fit, and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work with experienced fabricators to develop welding and fabrication skills
Qualifications
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Previous fabrication, welding, mechanical, or shop experience is a plus but not required
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to lift and handle materials as required
Welding experience or technical-school training is a plus
