About the Position
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Industrial Electrician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in industrial electrical work while gaining hands-on experience with equipment, controls, wiring, and electrical systems.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, eager to learn, and comfortable working with their hands in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with installation, wiring, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical equipment
Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
Install and terminate electrical wiring, conduit, panels, switches, and components
Assist with troubleshooting electrical and control-system issues
Use electrical testing tools such as multimeters safely and correctly
Perform basic electrical inspections and preventative maintenance
Work alongside experienced electricians and technicians to develop skills
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical standards
Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Electrical, industrial maintenance, or technical-school experience is a plus
Basic understanding of electrical systems is preferred
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work safely around industrial equipment
Ability to lift and handle materials as required
Preferred Skills
Technical school or electrical training
Basic knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems
Experience reading electrical drawings or schematics
Basic conduit, wiring, or panel-building experience
OSHA or other safety training
