As a Shift Manager, you'll take charge of each shift, inspire your team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and keep the restaurant running at its best.

The Day-to-Day
-Lead shifts with energy, urgency, and a focus on great guest experiences.
-Coach, motivate, and develop Team Members to reach their full potential.
-Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and order accuracy meet Taco Bell standards.
-Quickly resolve customer concerns and create positive guest experiences.
-Manage shift tasks, labor, inventory, cash, and security procedures.
-Provide feedback and communicate Team Member performance to the General Manager.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant.
-Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
