Mobile Marine Technician – Outboard Engines & Marine Electrical
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of outboard engine diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
Experience with Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Honda, or similar outboard brands
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical problems
Knowledge of marine electrical systems, wiring, batteries, charging systems, and electronics
Ability to perform routine engine maintenance and preventative service
Experience with marine electronics and accessory installations is a plus
Understand how to use diagnostic tools, multimeters, and manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment
Ability to work independently and as a team with minimal supervision
Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions
Ability to safely lift equipment and perform physically demanding work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and strong customer communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
Willingness to continue learning and pursue ABYC certifications and additional training
