Flexible to meet students schedule. We need approximately 8 hours a week. Not all in one day if that helps the student.
$25-$35 per hour based on ability.
Covered under worker’s compensation only.
Send resume that includes what classes and training you are presently taking. Where you are in the program and how long until graduation.
A written recommendation from your primary skill instructor and a good contact number email for that instructor.
We expect the successful candidate to move on to a full time position upon graduation.
Unfortunately our community cannot offer a full time position.
General Building Maintenance
Carpentry, painting, pressure washing. Small concrete and stucco repairs.
We are a older Condo community with 89 units constructed primarily of wood and concrete.block.
