Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. Experience in private school settings, particularly with Montessori methods, is highly valued.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Mentor students in their academic and personal development, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with fellow educators in curriculum development and educational administration initiatives.
- Utilize research-based practices to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Stay current with educational trends, methodologies, and the Chicago Manual Style for academic writing.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in private or Montessori schools.
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in proofreading and understanding of linguistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with education administration processes and curriculum development practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong organizational abilities.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of best practices in education.
