🔧 What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software systems across our gaming equipment
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions—on-site
Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with operations and tech teams to resolve equipment-related concerns
Maintain accurate records of inventory
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and diagnostic tools
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic components
Excellent communication and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some travel required)
🎯 Bonus Points
Experience with arcade machines, kiosks, or gaming systems
Familiarity with remote monitoring software
