This position has a starting salary range of $41,000 + with final offer amount based on the education, skills, and experience of the selected applicant.

This position serves as an HVAC Operator and assists the Facilities Supervisor for Ringling Buildings Maintenance. Preferred Qualifications include: a Technical or vocational degree or certification in HVAC, Steam boiler and Alerton and Tracer Summit experience, and/or familiar with Commercial/Industrial centralized HVAC systems / Direct Digital Controls (DDC) systems experience.
