Job Summary
The Landscape Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for commercial and/or residential landscaping clients. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, coordinating with operations teams, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and contract renewals. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills with operational awareness in the landscaping or property services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal landscaping teams
Conduct regular site visits to ensure services meet contract specifications
Address client concerns, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels
Manage onboarding of new accounts and transition of services
Account Oversight & Growth
Maintain and renew service contracts
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (enhancements, seasonal services, irrigation, snow removal, etc.)
Prepare proposals, pricing adjustments, and service recommendations
Track account performance, budgets, and profitability
Operational Coordination
Work closely with field supervisors and crews to schedule services
Communicate client expectations and scope changes to operations
Monitor quality control and compliance with safety and service standards
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate account records, service notes, and CRM updates
Prepare client reports, service summaries, and performance reviews
Assist with invoicing coordination and issue resolution
Qualifications:
Required
2+ years of account management, client services, or sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Basic knowledge of landscaping, grounds maintenance, or property services
Preferred
Experience in commercial landscaping or facilities services
Familiarity with CRM software and contract management
Ability to read site plans and understand service scopes

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Combination of office and field-based work
