Virtual events at MTC in Feb: graduation, Explore MTC, application workshop

(Bradenton, FL—February 2, 2021) Manatee Technical College<www.manateetech.edu/> will hold three virtual events in February:
* Winter Graduation: February 4 at 6 p.m. * Explore MTC Open House: February 10 at 6 p.m. PRIMARY TARGET AUDIENCE: High School Students * Application Workshop: February 17 at 9 a.m. PRIMARY TARGET AUDIENCE: High School Students
The events will premiere on Facebook at www.facebook.com/manateetechnicalcollege.

Winter graduation: A one-hour video tribute to MTC’s 374 graduating students that recognizes their accomplishments and provides them with a way to share this important milestone with their families and friends.
The video will announce the name of each graduate, recognize the National Honor Society inductees and include many of the elements that are part of MTC’s traditional ceremony. Highlights of the event are the two graduating student speakers sharing their unique stories:
-Kimara Cornejo, Adult Ed GED graduate
-Santiago Valencia Diaz, Digital Video Production graduate

Explore MTC Open House: A 15-minute quick overview of the 50+ career and technical education programs MTC offers, including information on financial aid.

Application Workshop: Step-by-step instructions for completing the online application to MTC career and technical education programs.
