50th Class to Graduate from MTI on June 29

50th Class Graduation

The 50th graduation of Manatee Technical Institute will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2014, at the Bradenton Area Convention Center, One Haben Boulevard, Palmetto.

The Class of 2014 is 1,400 graduates. The Class of 1964 was 78 graduates. The tech center started its mission 50 years ago with five programs; today MTI offers over 50 programs.

As is tradition, the graduation speakers are students, one from the Main Campus, one from the East Campus and one from Adult Education.
