Program Content: This Applied Technology diploma program prepares students for employment as emergency medical technicians. Successful completion equips students with the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to be a member of the emergency medical services team. Students are qualified and prepared to pass the Florida EMT – Basic Certification and the National Registry Certification examinations

Admissions:
1. Request a mandatory program information session presentation provided by the Career Counselor for more information regarding programming.
2. Apply to Manatee Technical College here: https://manateetech.edu/apply-now. Once your application is submitted, Information will be provided via “To-Do List within 1 – 2 business days. Check your personal email for log-in criteria.
3. Complete your “To-Do List” at https://www.MTCdashboard.net.

Articulation: May be available towards credits at Florida public colleges/universities. Speak with a Career Counselor for more information.
